These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Studiflow. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

Studiflow provides tools to help creative professionals with sourcing and research, outreach workflow, relationship and contact management, and related productivity features.

We do not guarantee specific results, replies, bookings, revenue or business outcomes from use of the service.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Providing accurate and truthful information.
• Using the service lawfully and in good faith.
• Ensuring you have authority to connect any Gmail, workspace or third-party accounts you link to Studiflow.

Outreach responsibility

Studiflow assists with outreach workflow and relationship tracking. You remain solely responsible for the content and lawfulness of your communications. We do not guarantee replies, bookings, revenue or any specific business outcome.

Acceptable use

You may not use Studiflow to:

• Engage in unlawful activity or violate applicable laws.
• Send spam, harassment or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts.
• Compromise the security or integrity of the service.
• Misuse third-party data or services connected through Studiflow.

Subscription and billing

Studiflow is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are guaranteed for partial periods.

Plan changes may be handled according to the functionality available in the product at the time.

Third-party services

Studiflow integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Google and Gmail, and uses infrastructure providers. These services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party providers.

Availability

We aim to keep Studiflow available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific uptime. The service may be suspended for maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual property

Studiflow's software, branding, designs and content remain the property of Studiflow. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, subject to the permissions required for us to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Studiflow's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Australian dollars if no payment applies. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
